Founded in 2019 by Travis Lefort, who grew up remodeling and flipping houses with his parents and spent 15 years in the construction industry before launching his own company. Travis brings a love of learning, relationship building, and construction expertise to every project.

Founder
Travis Lefort
Operations Manager
Travis was born with construction and power tools in his DNA. He grew up remodeling and flipping houses with his parents, studied Wind Technologies in Southern California in 2010, and spent 15 years in the construction industry involved in residential remodels, custom home builds, high end multifamily, commercial interiors and more. In 2019, Travis decided to take his love of learning, relationship building and construction expertise and open Lefort Built Construction Company. In his free time, Travis enjoys hiking, fishing and enjoying the beauty of Colorado with his two young boys, Asher and Calvin, and his wife, Taylor.
Nate Hurt
Lead Sales & Estimating
Nate got his start in construction framing custom homes and quickly realized he wanted to be a part of making more than just spaces. Born and raised along the Front Range, some of his most precious memories are fishing, skateboarding and backpacking with his dad. He loves building connections and lasting friendships, and as a superintendent he helps clients realize their vision and make their house a home.
Brittni Weber
Project Coordinator
Brittni is a Project Coordinator with a passion for adventure. Whether it's traveling abroad, leading summer camp for kiddos, or making the move from Bend, Oregon to Colorado, she's always been drawn to a fast-paced environment. She looks forward to making meaningful connections and ensuring projects run smoothly from inception to completion.
Katie Austin
Bookkeeper
Katie ensures Lefort Built's financial records are clean and accurate, helping the company maintain its financial health. When she's not managing the books, she's juggling the busy schedules of her four kids, helping them with homework and after school activities. Balancing work and family keeps her on her toes, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
Jesse Langston
Superintendent
Jesse brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role as Site Supervisor. He started his career as a flooring contractor and later expanded his skills to include tile installation. After running his own business, he transitioned into custom home construction. With a deep understanding of both the technical and business sides of the industry, Jesse oversees site operations and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, riding his motorcycle and dirt bike, and spending time with family.
Tyler McGillis
Marketing Director
Tyler is the Marketing Director at Lefort Built. Originally from the East Coast, he's lived across the country and called Colorado home for over a decade. With a solid sales foundation and over 14 years in the construction industry, he has experience in most aspects of the field. He enjoys hiking with his dog, kayaking, surfing, attending concerts, and spending time at the ocean.
Sawyer Campion
Superintendent
Sawyer brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn every aspect of the construction process. He is currently studying Construction Management at Aims Community College, building technical knowledge to complement his hands-on field experience. He values teamwork, attention to detail, and seeing a project come together from the ground up. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, woodworking, fishing, off-roading, and camping.
Marcial Lombera
Superintendent
Marcial has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry for more than 13 years, driven by a deep commitment to building people's dreams. His experience spans a wide range of residential construction, including track homes, townhomes, multifamily apartments, and custom-designed homes. He also takes pride in his work on basement finishes and remodeling projects. When not on the job site, he enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in missionary work, and making memories with his two daughters and wife.
Bamba
Office Pup
Bamba is the adorable office pup at Lefort Built Construction Company. She loves working hard with her human buddies, but her absolute favorite part of the day is snuggling up for cozy naps in the office after a job well done. She's also a big fan of hiking, tasty treats, belly rubs, and having fun at the dog park.
